This highlights CD-ROM will introduce you to many of the features of the Exploring Florida website. It would take over six CDs to reproduce the entire site, so we have selected portions of the website to include on this CD:
- FL in 3D: Over a thousand 3-D views of historic Florida for viewing with red/blue 3-D glasses.
- Floripedia: Hundreds of primary source documents provide a glimpse into Florida's past.
- Music: Selections of Florida music for study or to use in your own presentations.
- Photos: Over a thousand photographs selected from the cities and historic places categories of the Exploring Florida website.
- Virtual Reality: Hundreds of VR panoramas representing Florida's past and present.
If you do have an Internet connection, be sure to visit the Exploring Florida website for thousands of maps, photos, movies, reading passages, and other features that we could not fit on this CD.
